Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sunny Lug. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Sunny Lug’s customer service team. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number if necessary.
